Conference Registration
Participation in WAF 2026 does not require a registration fee. However, attendees are requested to confirm their attendance by sending an email to: robolab@unex.es.
Accommodation
The WAF 2026 conference will be held at the V Centenario University Residence, located in Jarandilla de la Vera, a privileged natural setting in the region of La Vera (Cáceres). The residence will serve as both the scientific headquarters and official accommodation for the event, allowing all academic activities and participants’ stays to take place in the same space. This residential format is particularly suited to academic events, summer courses, and scientific meetings, combining comfort, concentration, and networking in a natural environment.
In addition, Jarandilla de la Vera stands out for its heritage, traditional architecture, and numerous natural gorges, which are very characteristic of the area. The setting combines nature, history, and gastronomy, offering attendees the opportunity to enjoy the conference experience outside of the scientific sessions as well.
