International Workshop on Physical Agents

The 26th International Workshop on Physical Agents (WAF) will be held on September 28 and 29, 2026, at the Residencia V Centenario in Jarandilla de la Vera, Spain.

The International Workshop on Physical Agents aims to be a forum for the exchange of information and experiences in different areas related to the concept of agents in physical environments, especially as applied to the control and coordination of autonomous systems: robots, mobile robots, industrial processes, and complex systems.

Submission Procedure & Important Dates

Papers must be written in English and follow the Springer Computer Science Proceedings template. Detailed information about submission formats and page limits can be found in the Contributions section.

Proposals must be original and not be submitted or under review at other conferences or journals during the WAF 2026 review period. All proposals will be evaluated by at least two referees.

Papers should be submitted through the EasyChair platform.

Camera-ready paper submission

Conference Proceeding, DOIs and Archiving

All papers presented at the WAF 2025 Conference will be archived in the UEx Dehesa Institutional Repository in the Conferences and Workshops collection. Each paper will be assigned a DOI.
